Join us for a delicious yoga class in the divine barn studio atThe Croft Farm Escape...
This session is open to all bodies (not just women!) + abilities
Together we'll explore the breath + the body whilst balancing the nervous system, finding the sacred dance between safe stimulation + down-regulation The class will end in a deep relaxation with guided meditation, mini massage + savasana magick
