Let your body be the bard. It's time for it to be the main character in your story, so listen in. We'll invite it to take up space + sound using somatic tools to regulate your nervous system, unlock tension + find your freedom from holding patterns + coping mechanisms

We'll work together to complete + close stress cycles using different techniques of movement, from shaking + screaming to stillness + softness. With consensual touch + bodywork, breathwork + dance
We let it get chaotic + messy, to downright silly. Sometimes it's animalistic, sometimes it's solely word based - but it's always whatever you choose to surrender to in order to get an incredible deep understanding of your body + find release
