It is an absolute delight to share with you the details for the very first full weekend Wild Luna Retreat in the insanely beautiful Croft Farm Escape in Great Gaddesden countryside, to celebrate Summer Solstice together!

We will honour this potent AF Midsummer Magick in the way only us wild women know how...prepare to feel the fire my loves, it's gonna get HOT

You will have the precious chance to play, to find pleasure, to be in nature, to explore your creativity, to dance with your sensuality + most importantly, to be with your goddess gang on this adventure!

Summer Solstice Retreat - 23rd - 25th June 2023, The Croft Farm Escape, Great Gaddesden

Friday

• 9:30 arrival, settling into rooms, having a cuppa
• 10 - 12 solstice circle opening, breathwork, vinyasa practice to bring out the fire
• 12 - 1:30 lunch
• 1:30 - 3:30 partner bodywork + sensory touch with different tools
• 3:30 - 4 break
• 4 - 5:30 ice bath, sauna, showers / free time
• 5:30 - 7:30 shibari, the art of japenese rope bondage workshop
• 7:30 onwards dinner, hangout chill, sleep

Saturday

• breakfast / free time / flower bodypainting / ice bath + sauna
• 10-12:15 sensual somatic practice (where yoga + sexy dance meet)
• 12:15 - 1:45 lunch
• 1:45 - 4 Buddhist Monastery visit for guided meditation / outdoor activity / free time / bodypainting
• 4 - 4:30 break
• 4:30 - 6:30 solstice flower crown making + bodypaint
• 6:30 onwards, fire festival baby!!!! barefoot dancing on the earth, drumming, singing, BBQ + into the night for hangout chill, sleep

Sunday

• 7 - 8:30 optional morning practice
• 8:30 - 9:30 breakfast
• 9:30 - 10:30 optional ice bath sauna showers
• 10:30 - 11 departure

Ensuite bedrooms are on a sharing basis for ultimate adult sleepover experience ;-) + we got great feedback from the Spring one, plus I stayed in one of the beds + oh my gosh was it super comfy, so I'm confident that you're gonna sleep so well
