Sensual Somatics is my signature class that empowers women to come back home to their beautiful bodies, through movement, play + expression. To encourage them through breath, slow self exploration, dance + potentially damnright feral behaviour to find her truth

To embrace jaguar, burlesque dancer, warrioress, lover, demon, sacred jester, moving through various archetypes all in the name of connection to self, unapologetically in alignment, unashamedly in her sensuality

The full event on the 10th July will have a longer, deeper version of this, then followed by an uplifting + upregulating soundbath. Not in stillness, not in silence. But letting the vibration of the music move through your entire body + energetic field, responding accordingly as it wishes to
