From somatic movement to meditation, sound healing to Spinal Energetics, plus an incredible menu of optional excursions + activities, you are going to reconnect to your inner wide-eyed child + rediscover your longing for wilderness
Celebrate Samhain / Halloween with your sisters in a luxury 5* setting with panoramic views of the stunning Atlas Mountains + immersing yourself in all the magick this beautiful country has to offer

Stay
45 minutes from Marrakech, set in the most idyllic landscape upon a hill overlooking the river, the Kasbah has a breathtaking 360* view of the mountains
We will have exclusive use of the retreat centre (which is separate from the rest of the hotel) with our own private mountain-side pool + gardens. We have 11 blissful bedrooms available just for us as well as access to the spa + hammam, plus many other facilities onsite

Hi, I'm Becci Murtagh, the creatrix of Calisoma™ - which is all about bringing you back home to your beautiful body
As a yoga teacher of nearly a decade, nervous system alchemist + bringer together of Goddesses celebrating their magick, my aim is to empower you through play + awaken the Wild Woman within
We do this in our women's circles, yoga classes, events + 1:1s of holistic healing such as Spinal Energetics, somatic expression, sensuality exploration + shibari

Activities
Firstly - everything is optional, my love. This is your retreat, your body - your choice! But here is a list of activities we can expect to enjoy!
Morning invigorating somatic yoga practices
Evening chill - yin/restorative yoga, soundbath, stories round a fire
Also - a Spinal Energetics session, women's circle + Halloween Eve witchy magick!
Additional charge activities from hotel/external provider include:
Hiking in the mountains, trip to the market, Ourika valley to have lunch by the river + waterfalls, camel rides in the desert, tea making, cooking class, henna tattoos, plus spa treatments + hammam. To name a few!
Monday:
Check in from 2pm (Welcome drink + snack. Lunch can be purchased if you need more filling!)
6pm opening ceremony

Tuesday/Weds/Thurs:
7:30 - meditation
8am - energising movement class
9:30 - breakfast
onwards - free time + activities, food available through day)
6pm - evening chill sound + movement (Thursday night will be Samhain / Halloween play!)
7:15pm - dinner

PIF - 50% non-refundable deposit. 50% refundable until May. 40% until June. 30% until July
Not included: flights + transfers (but the latter we'll try + arrange in groups depending on flights!) You may want to stay before + after in Marrakech also, something to consider as it's so bloody beautiful you won't want to leave!!!

Let me leave you with this...
We'll be surrounded in ancient magick! The Atlas Mountains are named according to Greek mythology where Atlas, a Titan god + inventor of astronomy, was condemned by Zeus to stand to hold up the heavens for all eternity. Perseus used Medusa's head to turn Atlas into stone + it is said that his head became the mountain's peak, his shoulders the ridges + his hair the woods. Fancy celebrating Medusa's incredible power over man, even after death...on Halloween? Witches, assemble!
